Report a lost card

If you lose an Arion Bank debit or credit card you must report it to Arion Bank’s call centre. Outside office hours you can call the 24-hour emergency hotlines. It is possible to freeze the card immediately in the Arion app until you contact the Bank to terminate the card.

Dispute a transaction on your card

If you notice an unauthorized card transaction or you need to dispute a transaction you may be entitled to a chargeback.
