Arion Bank now issues rent guarantees in partnership with our subsidiary Leiguskjól. The customer makes a monthly payment to Leiguskjól for the guarantee and for collateral at the beginning of the contract. By providing a guarantee Leiguskjól can therefore significantly increase a tenant’s disposable funds as the tenant no longer has to pay a deposit to the landlord.
