Green car loans
Customers do not pay any loan origination fees for financing vehicles which run entirely on electricity or other renewables.
Green mortgages
Our customers pay zero loan origination fees on mortgages when investing in residential property which has been environmentally certified.
Confirmation must be provided that the property has been certified by one of the following:
- Swan Ecolabel
- BREEAM - Very Good
- LEED Gold
Green corporate loans
Arion Bank offers green corporate loans under the Bank’s Green Financing Framework. Companies which meet the criteria for green lending are examined with respect to sustainability and generally pay lower financing costs. More stringent requirements are made in terms of their performance in non-financial areas of the business and they have stricter disclosure requirements for non-financial indicators.
